The Builder's Blocks is the brainchild of iMpro, LLC (Independent Media Professionals of Spokane). iMpro is a local media company that has operated in Spokane since 2001 and is owned and operated by partners Jeff Gustafson and Dirk Swartz.
Dirk is a local fixture in the music scene of Spokane currently occupying his off hours playing with three different musical groups - Save Lefty, The Big Hair Revolution and Hot Rod Delux (a local show group of well established musicians from the area). Dirk is appreciated for his many voices as night after night he brings back the sounds of the greats from the '70's and 80's.
Jeff did his time in the music industry for years as an International Recording Artist. Compared by the Songwriters Hall of Fame to Vic Damone, Jeff still keeps his fingers in the pie, so to speak, by continuing to write and record. He has produced background music for movies such as Random Hearts with Harrison Ford and others. His music has been heard in over 42 countries around the world. His Christmas release in 1997 was voted best new album in three different European polls..
