The wallpaper trim with some accent color can really dress up a windown treatement and give a completely different look and feel to any room.
You can do most anything with a pattern and then leave the balance of the wall either white or another blending light solid color to keep the focus on the windows providing an elegant touch to the room.
The large frame on the wall allows you to section off areas, still getting the benefit of the "large wall" feel and openess of say a pitched ceiling but then giving you the decorating options of a smaller space and in the end everything works together. Each frame can be treated differently inside with either paint or with wall paper with the main wall outside the frame remaining a light neutral color such as white letting the "sections" enjoy their own space.
The simple solution is to take some of your photographs and arrange them creatively and then print onto glossy photo paper and cut to fit. They create simple but very effective containers for the kitchen, bathroom, desk...most anywhere where you want to keep things off the counters and organized.
To take it another level you can glue on sequines, cloth flowers, decorative string...anything to add some flare and give perspective. Have some fun with it!
