Official Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER AND OWN YOUR OWN HOME AND LIVE WITHIN 100 MILES OF DOWNTOWN SPOKANE. (VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.)
How to Enter
To enter the drawing via the Internet, complete the registration. All entries must be submitted by December 31, 2010. "Valid Registrations" are filled in completely and are received prior to December 31, 2010. Only one entry is permitted per registered, legitimate email address. Only one prize will be awarded. The winner will be contacted by phone and announced at http://www.thebuildersblocks.com.
Selection of Winner
iMpro, LLC will determine which entries are Valid Entries and whether the entries otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. iMpro, LLC will randomly draw the winner from all of the Valid Entries received. iMpro, LLC will be the sole judge of which entries are Valid Entries and its decision and drawing will be final. iMpro, LLC is not responsible for misdirected or corrupted e-mail addresses that prohibit a person from entering the drawing or that prevent iMpro, LLC from identifying or contacting a winner. If an entrant is found to be ineligible, or cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time, an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of Valid Entries. Odds of winning depend upon the number of Eligible Entries received. The winners will be selected on Jan. 2, 2011, and notified within 5 days.
Conditions of Entry
Valid entries must be submitted by completing the registration form at http://www.thebuildersblocks.com. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. All entries become the property of iMpro, LLC. Neither iMpro, LLC its respective affiliates, divisions, or Homescapes employees are responsible for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Website or online service or any other error or malfunction or any late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this drawing you must live within 100 miles of downtown Spokane and be a homeowner. One entry is permitted per registered, legitimate email address.
By entering into and participating in this drawing, each entrant agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this drawing. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release iMpro, LLC its owners, partners, employees, officers and agents, without limitation, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. By participating in this drawing, entrants agree that: (i) the drawing and the parties’ respective actions relating thereto shall be governed solely by Washington State law, (ii) any action arising from or relating to this drawing shall be commenced only in a state or federal court sitting in Spokane County, Washington and (iii) the entrant expressly consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts and waives any objection to jurisdiction and/or venue in those courts based on lack of personal jurisdiction or inconvenient forum. Employees of iMpro, LLC and its respective affiliated companies; divisions, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the drawing. iMpro, LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the drawing if viruses, bugs or other causes beyond the reasonable control of iMpro,LLC corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the drawing.
Winner
The winners of the drawing hereby agree that iMpro, LLC may post or publish his or her name on www.thebuildersblocks.com after the drawing. To obtain the names of the winner(s) of the drawing, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: iMpro, LLC ATTN: Marketing Dept – FREE Garage Vac, 104 S Freya St, suite 121, Spokane, WA 99202. Requests must be received in writing within 90 days of the drawing.
Prize
Any expense not specifically stated as included in the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may not transfer, redeem for cash equivalent or substitute the prize. Federal, state and local taxes, charges and incidental costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.
Privacy Policy
All information collected in connection with the drawing may be used solely by iMpro, LLC. By participating in the drawing, each entrant hereby consents to such use. iMpro, LLC does not sell or release this information to 3rd parties. Subject to the foregoing, all other uses of entrant information will be in accordance with iMpro, LLC's privacy policy located on its Website (www.thebuildersblocks.com) in effect as of the date of your entry. The iMpro, LLC. privacy policy may be revised from time to time at the company’s sole discretion.
